Funds may be withdrawn from a customer's account at any time. You can only withdraw up to the value of the balance of the customer’s account, minus the amount of margin used.
Processing Time
Withdrawal requests received by SmartTradeFX are processed within 48 business hours of receipt. We will notify you by email when your withdrawal request is processed. Total wait time varies, however most clients receive their funds within 5 business days.
Any withdrawal request sent in during the weekend will only be accepted on Monday.
For wire transfers within the US, please allow 1-2 business days for the funds to arrive at your bank. For International wire transfers, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to arrive at your bank.
